Handelsblatt reported Thursday that $Tesla(TSLA.US)$ received its final permits for its new facility near Berlin. That means the auto maker can start assembling cars in Europe.

U.S.-listed Chinese EV maker $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ announced on Monday that it set to offer its shares for trading in Hong Kong on March 10 by way of introduction, which means a portion of existing shares will be available for trading in Hong Kong.
