HOW I COPE

Its simple really but it takes determination, will power, and a solid plan. i dont stress because, 1 its just money and if i couldnt afford to loose it, it shouldnt be here. 2 anything im holding in crypto os staked in liquidity pools and cant be touched anyway. there doing good btw.
As for the market, well when anyone can truly know how it will move from day to day...they are cheating.
So i breathe, close the apps, and focus on my coin and currency collection. im still looking at my money, but in a less emotionally harmful way.
And its hard to be upset when your holding physical gold and silver.
just a bit of my self preservation moves. Oh and cannabis. I dont drink so....if no ones told you they love you today...I LOVE YOU
