· Option 1: Tender shares for new notes: For each 20 shs of common stock tendered, holders will receive 25.00 USD principal amount of 6.00% senior unsecured notes due March 31, 2029 (an effective price of 1.25 USD per share).
Please make sure you have enough shares for tendering by below stated cut-off, to avoid any short position.
