Huat goldfish : Overall the deal is good. But likely too expensive for me to fund because I'm holding a tonne haha (2 billion required; current market cap around 1 billion). If u can afford the rights, you may wish to note LL is moving in the right direction.
Moo Top : Agree with @Huat goldfish. Looking to get more shares at 0.81 and below though. I think LL acquisitions have been quite spaced out geographically with niche tenants mix. I like Jem and PLQ
