Sorry, i am new to this stock. Since this stock gives monthly dividend and let’s assume it is 8% a month so it will be 96% a year? Although there is 30% withholding tax but the return is still 66%, it sounds like too good to be true![]()

I love lolipop : That would be a great return, but the actual return is only 8 percent annually.
