in my point of view, it’s all about comparison.so comparision, comparison,comparision- the important things have to be repeated fornthree tine, which is a famous chinese saying. Everything is relative and there is no such thing called as a Low or High PE. It’s always Low/High compared to XX...…the XX could be competitors, historical,industry, close competitors or other factors.
