Never bite more than what you can chew

As the title above suggests, I will always invest with an amount that I can part with. I will not invest with money that I need to use in the short term.
As such, even when I have made losses in the market, I will not end up in financial trouble.
Of course, I will still be emotionally affected. To overcome this, I will always take a loss in the market as a motivation to do become a more experienced investor. Rather than feeling down, I will reflect on my past trade, read up to gain more knowledge on investment, and learn from any errors which I have made.
