First time experiencing losses.

I started investing in mid-October 2021. I've never experienced any crashes of the market. Only hearing about it as a bystander and it scared me enough to never want to invest.

Here I am now experiencing my first bear market, or crash, or whatever you want to call this, and I'm heavily invested in SPY and crypto! Everything is going down... but I think the term is dollar cost averaging in. I don't think anyone can really time a market, but you can put yourself in better positions for the next run up! That's what I'm doing and waiting for my next paycheck to add more!!!
