Decided to take a shot at the recent dips in the Reits sector. $CapLand IntCom T(C38U.SG)$ and $Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SG)$ mainly to make a small profit. Banks of course $DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG)$ $UOB(U11.SG)$ soaring in Jan, more than making up for the current dips in SReit holdings.

Also decided to channel direction to China's EV Market using ETFs. EV automotives and technology are the future especially in China with its regulations and incentives. $NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ $Contemporary Amperex Technology(300750.SZ)$ $Li Auto(LI.US)$

US Market
Decided to relinquish $Apple(AAPL.US)$ at a great price now and planning to enter again some time down the road.

Perhaps waiting for more corrections from rate hikes before making a decision.
