jOaNe0823 : Personal view is, as long the price u buy in, u feel that there is a room to grow, it will then the right price to enter, we will nvr know what price will be the lowest and when will it be the highest, check out the recent financial result to have a better idea of the financial performance of the REIT, the announcements, what are the future plans etc, u can enter as long u are confident with it, but trade with care and within your capability ya, good luck!

Moo Top : 0.85 or lower for me. I sold off at 0.895 previously in view of possible higher interest rate.
