My 2022 Plan for Long term investments.
With the market currently at a rocky momentum, most of the unaffected stocks are the growth dividend tickers. As uncertainty and FUD constantly coming in waves, there is something thats certain, dividends are still steadily flowing as a passive payout and compoundable. This year ill be prioritizing my portfolio into more dividend centric growth stocks. So far these are my favourite going into the year ahead.
$AbbVie(ABBV.US$ - Huge Pharma with multiple patents and drugs already circulating into the market. with the pandemic crushing the world currently, pharma is going to be huge going into the next possible one in the future. Also pays a 4%+ divi yearly.
$Altria(MO.US$ My all time and heaviest positioned dividend stock, 8% yearly divi and increasing year on year for the longest time. This stock will constantly be printing free shares for me whenever they pay out quarterly.
$Verizon(VZ.US$ - Potential next buy for me with the 5G infrastructure in the US going up. VZ is poised for higher returns and the possible partnerships with other mega caps.
$Coca-Cola(KO.US$ - Coca cola, what more is there to say? theres no stopping this juggernaut
$Realty Income(O.US$ - One of if not the best monthly dividend dividend stock in the market (my opinion) a 4% compounding annual return and property prices skyrocketing at the moment, this stock has paid more than 600+ consecutive payments and have been raising their divi every quarter.
Dividend stocks are a safe haven that pay passive income regardless of market sentiment. This year will be one of those to consider having a protected flow of income and dripping back into positions for the long term.
