Time in market

My goal this year is to continue investing consistently every month into the broad markets like $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO.US)$ & $Ishares Core MSCI Total Interna(IXUS.US)$
At the same time executing my experiment with the magic formula.
Lastly, buy into technologies & innovations (especially whenever there's a dip) that I believe will make breakthroughs in the near future and benefit humankind. Examples like $QuantumScape(QS.US)$ & $Palantir(PLTR.US)$
