Hengten Network says its proposals into cooperation agreement with Tencent Holdings' proposals to share technical services and channel promotion services for its game products in Mainland China.
Hengteng Network: The board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Shenzhen Jingxiu Network Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, and Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings (00700.HK), signed a cooperation agreement on January 3, 2022. The two parties agreed that Tencent Computer will provide technical services and channel promotion services for the Group's game products in mainland China.
