Set Your Goal, Let it Roll!

Set a small goal and run it all year round

I've been talking about US stocks for a year, and I've also told myself that all the stocks I buy must be well received. After all, they look at themselves and feel like they're good at it, and I'm sure they won't solve any problems.

Then I also set a policy for myself: hold some stocks for a long time, at a low price; take some stocks (funds) to play short lines to satisfy my investment (or speculation) desires.

The interesting thing is, that in many cases shared online, as well as my own personal proof of operation, that frequent transactions have little to no good result for small and medium-sized retail traders.

For example, the shares I bought around March, have made absolutely no selling in a year, and have returned close to 15% (as of today).

Prior to that, Abervia (code: ABBV) and Chevron (code: CVX) sold frequently in low and high increments, with an incredible 6% each.

It is especially easy to do the wrong thing when a stock sometimes rises and falls sharply: a higher stock leads to an increase in the price of a stock, and a loss implies an increase in the results soon after. Before and after that, the losses are all about the costs and expenses of trading, and not the performance of the stock as a whole.

BUFFETT GAMBLED AT A CASINO IN 2007 WITH A $10 MILLION BET THAT IN TEN YEARS THE BIG PLATE INDEX FUND WOULD WIN THE SELECTED HEDGE FUND.

As the tenth year approaches, Buffett's S&P50 fund has risen by 85.4 percent, while the rival hedge fund has returned only about 2 percent, and the opponent has not conceded a loss in ten years.

My own short-term mind and a stock story may not be able to explain that short lines are definitely not going to win big or long-term investments, but in all likelihood, if one is too focused on the hype of short lines, the loss and effort of intangible processing fees will be a huge cost, and a further increase in selection. A stock or an eyeful of the odds.

Of course, I also feel that if a person chooses to enter the stock market, if you really do not get your hands on it after buying, it is better to go directly to a hedge fund or to buy a hedge fund or to buy a stock index such as the US Securities and Exchange Commission, S&P 2, etc., because people will always need it to be able to prove that they have done it at some point. Make the right decision, but remember not to enter the fire into the enchantment.

“It was a smart decision for me to enter at this time, and it was a rational outcome for me to come out at this time.”

“When the stock market goes up, people feel like a stock god”

“When you fall, you can truly understand the brilliance of your initial investment.”
