2022 resolution
by end of 2022, I hope to achieve the following for my SG portfolio:
1. at least ten percent investment return & five percent annual dividend yield
2. no drawdown on all positions
3. hold max five combined positions in reits, tech, & telco companies
4. reach fifty thousand in total asset value
5. find three stocks to buy and hold for the year
