$Micron Technology(MU.US$ As the investment and production center of high-tech enterprises, Xi 'an has gathered a large number of technology companies including chip enterprises. Since Xi 'an announced its quarantine measures, global semiconductor giant Micron issued a statement on December 29 in response to the impact of the Xi 'an lockdown on chip production and delivery.
Reduced labor density at Micron's Xi 'an facility due to the lockdown has had some impact on production levels in the assembly and testing of DRAM products at the Xi 'an facility, including delivery delays, the company said.
Micron said it is fully complying with the lockdown measures imposed by the Xi 'an government that took effect on December 23, 2021. "Our top priority is the health and safety of our team members, contractors and the broader community." the company wrote in a statement.
