A thread on when AI/ML/Data Science have been or can be harmful. Why it might be relevant? It is a new research topic and currently confined in the realm of academia. It takes time until policymakers pick up on these developments and write policies around these ideas but certainly as the public become more educated we will see major changes in AI policies that will be developed around these research.
