$Amazon(AMZN.US)$ Amazon will soon utilize its massive Logistics assets to provide 3rd party shipping, which will pay their operational costs. So, for example, if they have extra space on a ship, plane, or truck they can rent out that spare capacity. It's similar to how AWS got started.
