Pochong : Battery swap eats into the company assets. They need to build the Battery swap sheds, need hire people to maintain the sheds as and when, bad business model overall so no to Nio.
Judelaw : I don't think it is unlikely, Elon and Tesla talked about this concept years ago and this was how he wanted to eventually make his care. It isn't anything new, Tesla probably has designs for it already if not a a working model. Like the previous comment stated the network of battery stations is the hard part.
