$Zoom Video Communications(ZM.US)$ Zoom said it had acquired "certain assets" from Liminal, but commercial terms were not disclosed. Liminal is a startup that offers event planning solutions based on the Zoom SDK. In addition, Liminal co-founders Andy Caluccio and Jonathan Kokotajilo will join Zoom.
By completing its acquisition of Liminal, Zoom says the Zoom platform will be better able to bridge the gap between "emerging" and "traditional" event control tools to help theatres, broadcast studios and other creative organisations address complex technology production needs.
