$Alibaba(BABA.US$ $KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF(KWEB.US$ baba and kweb lost its early hours gain yesterday as evergrande default is looming. Deadline is on Tuesday and dollar bonds so far are not the priority for the Chinese government.
Baba was rejected at 20sma and 5ema while kweb was rejected at 5ema.
We will see whether this affects baba to break downwards. If it doesn't, baba rally will still be in play for an upward push.
Both are still within bband and once this squeeze ends, we will know the true direction. Do expect both sides as I have shown in my video where the possible bottoms are at for both kweb and baba. Do watch it if you have not to know what I am talking about.
