crox - buy the dip?

$Crocs(CROX.US)$ Crocs footwear made what looks like a solid acquisition today and bought HEYDUDE to expand their profitable footwear line. As a result, they are down 14% to $120 a share, which is well below what they were previously trending at.

Anyone else buying the dip?
