SIC don't buy Keppel's unfair tactics

$SPH(T39.SG)$ SIC agreed with Cuscaden Peak

The 8-week restrictions on clause is “against
the interest of SPH shareholders” It prevents SPH shareholders from
taking any action on to hold alternative scheme meetings within 8 weeks
from the date of Keppel’s scheme meeting .

1st the lowest price offered, then the 8 weeks clause. Keppel thinking they are doing a great favour to SPH shareholders setting up all these unfair condition.
