$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US)$ I’ve been reading information regarding liquidity requirements involving AMC/GME(AMC Entertainment and Game Stop) that will be putting pressure on ( broker's name) , and I just wanted to know:
What will happen to my shares if you happen to have a liquidity issue?
Who exactly is holding my shares, is it you, or another entity?
If ( broker's name) goes out of business, do assets transfer to other brokerage?
Which one?
Which one?
Who knows how long that takes to clear up?
Also, related to the above, can you assure me that ( broker's name) is technically prepared to handle the probably hugely increased volume in buying /selling order when a squeeze happens?
Or will ( broker's name) have " technical difficulties" again as we have seen that in the past?

Questionable Invts : Place amount of shares you want sell prehand with you prefer ask price. They're gonna have technical difficulties if you're not Singapore.
Happened me in past & cost me some profits. App closed on me & didn't want restart took 3 attempts get it work. Expect go super slow / have delays.
Questionable Invts : You get what you pay for!! But chase also had same technical problems / game being played.

MoneymonkeysaysOP : Honestly I see alot of reasons to trust them. I'm put off about this but they check ALOT of boxes on the do I mind doing business with you list. I hope they don't have issues but I have a order in for what I am willing to walk with. So I'm trust the Lord to take of what I can not.
