wychkraftOP : I read other comments elsewhere that we need to hold shares until record date which is 20/12 5pm. So I guess earliest to sell is 21/12.
chxr : I sold DBS before market open (around 8:58am) on ex-dividend date and still managed to get the dividend

wychkraftOP : looking at how singtel fell today, I think selling on xd still gets dividend. but i am keeping anyway till tuesday.
