Pfizer being force to buy at $100 per share to gain access to their data and drugs doesn't equate to the value of the share being worth $100. Unless Pfizer doubles their profit and revenue by helping the company grow, which is possible but takes time.

QianmengYu Casino KnightOP: don‘t worry, pfizer has the money. ARNA is clinical stage so large institute won’t want to wait for more years. I just load large position but not all for sure. Risk apparently is: if deal is withdrawn (not happening in a few week so I can do research) then back to normal price.

Casino KnightOP Dusk till Dawn: I can't tell you what to buy exactly as I still have a chance to be wrong but I can share with you what I bought and the reason behind it. I bought 20 Puts option when it is at +85% predicting a decent fall by the end of this week as although Pfizer bought it at $100 per share, Pfizer's main goal is to acquire the company's drug patents and data. They have no intention of growing the company. Maybe in the future but it's impossible to do it within a period of few weeks thus institutions will not hold it for long. If an institution dumps it you will be looking at a chain reaction causing it to freefall. Hope it helps.

QianmengYu Dusk till Dawn: appreciate Casino‘s insightful view. I just read sec filings, this one is different from other acquisition I experienced. I would reduce position with good price and take profit hopefully. Cost of quitting agreement is 235M. Expect to close in first half of 2022. ARNA will have first ever phase 3 readout in Q1. Pfizer definitely has inside data, but phase 3 double blind who knows, If result is bad… Pfizer will walk away. It’s not one with FDA approval (have proved themselves) nor one with just phase 1/2 that buyer don’t have time to disapprove.
