The Short Term Strategy
A stocks strategy in a trading plan that only completed the whole process for a short period is called short term strategy. For course short term trading is a strategy that aims to open and close positions within a short time frame, usually days or weeks, although it can be even shorter. This type of trading strategy is particularly popular with retail and institutional traders that hope to profit from small price movements and short-term trends. The person like me, more prefer using a minimum time to gain the maximum profits is the more suitable for this strategy. Usually i will using the news analysis and technical analysis as my main courses of strategy. From news side, i can know the trending of cashflow or bullish/ berish by today. Then i will go through technical analysis to know the support and resistance of the particular stocks. Of course, i will set up the most important , “the limit of profit gain” to ensure myself not too greedy until i lose my all profit , and “ the stop loss” is the also main role for a daily traders, to ensure yourself dont even lose you all capital.
