Start short term trading because of my peers
honestly speaking, when your peers are talking about crypto, shares trading etc etc, you naturally tend to be interested and inevitably you will also venture into it.
my Best Buy so far is $BlackBerry(BB.US$ back then got it 7 plus a share and managed to unload it at 13ish. all these based on feelings and also Reddit. lucky for me.

toomanyscammers : yah. extremely by chance. because if didn't use any tactic to analyse them, you could have met with a downfall. but the price rose though you might not have been sure if it would and based it by chance.
This won't happen all the time though, so be careful too:) better to do some research. I guess your Reddit was considered research though
starckerOP toomanyscammers: Definitely. Market is about volume pushing price up and down like people democracy we seen in MidEast. But sometimes a whale can come in and do the opposite. Life got no right or wrong but end of the day, one needs to be able to live with their decision.
