Weekly Reminder that Moomoo takes DRS incoming but won’t let you DRS your shares
$GameStop(GME.US$ Moomoo sucks, I feel like my shares are trapped here and there’s nothing I or Moomoo will do to fix it. It’s a good eye opener into never putting all of your eggs in one basket. If I knew Moomoo refused to DRS out I would have never opened an account to begin with. It’s pathetic that they will let you transfer in from your CS account but you can’t actually register. At this point it’s definitely safe to assume everyone on here is holding counterfeit shares, if Moomoo does not want to DRS.

VanillaThunder : I hold one here for fun lol
plegba : Transfer to Fudelity then DRS
XQJ-37OP : I love how this post is clearly being hidden from the vast majority..
ur wifes boyfriend : the transactions for transfer is not their especially. they don't have the setup to be doing that type of stuff so they charge you a lot more than anywhere else. that's why everything's cheap they don't provide that service. pros and cons of moomoo. I don't think your chairs are in any danger like they did in fidelity so unless you have a margin account you be okay.
Velvet Monkey plegba: can't transfer out..
McElroy : so what's going on?
if I wanted to sell and transfer my money to my bank account, I can't?
I have A LOT of money wrapped up in moomoo, but have always paid cash. Will this be an issue in the future when it comes time to sell and transfer?
I am US based.
most of my stuff is in fidelity though and I've ALWAYS used cash
McElroy : also, what is the transfer fee when I ever do decide to sell and transfer to my bank?
XQJ-37OP Velvet Monkey: Why not?
XQJ-37OP McElroy: $75 is standard
70087910 McElroy: Nope, it's still free to sell stocks and withdraw money here. You are talk about not the same thing.
DRS, that he talk about, is one of methods to transfer stock out directly. Moomoo doesn't support yet.
Hope this make sense.
