Henry Ford helped pioneer a fine American tradition of U.S. corporations selling their technology to oppressive regimes everywhere no matter what its ideology was. Just as long as at the moment they weren't enemies of the U.S.

Lloyd Ghiorso : Did you forget he published an anti-semitic newspaper? Henry Ford was mentally ill and an evil person. Read his biography. His Jewish lawyer told him he could not defend him when they went to shut down his newspaper. There is nothing honorable about the man.
Squid Guy Lloyd Ghiorso: Oh we don't dispute his anti semitism and the financing of propaganda he put into it. I'm just saying when you look at his total record at what he did as an industrialist he comes out okay. Albeit the pros and cons of his overall record is staggering and incredibly ironic. Much of the good and the damage he did for world politics was actually unwitting.
