$Palantir(PLTR.US$ Too many value investors criticizing SBC. They don't realize that in tech, if you want to hire the best and brightest, you need to pay them in stocks. If you think that SBC is a problem then sell your shares and go buy something else. Pltr to the moon!

what doyouwant : Yes, you do. But Karp gets way too much. SBC is reasonable compared to cash flow and revenue at other companies but $PLTR is out of control.

doctorpot1 : agreed. especially in this interesting era where there is a massive shortage of tech talent and companies are raising salary rapidly to attract tech talent. using shares is a way to not burn too much cash and yet keep them vested.
