102935402_ : This is not Rivian, with a "superb" growth story to sell... This is a REIT ETF. The NAV will determine the ETF pricing... so unless on IPO day, all the properties in this REIT suddenly jump in valuation, there is probably no reason why on IPO day the price should jump, accordingly... moreover there is no need to ballot for this IPO, so no reason why interested investors cannot get any allocation thru' IPO...
