$SoFi Technologies(SOFI.US$ Uh-oh this reminds me of $Virgin Galactic(SPCE.US$. First Sir Richard Bronson sold. Then Chamath Palipathaya sold. Then Aunt Cathie sold. Then it went all the way down to $17 range where I bought and sold at $35. Waiting patiently to re-enter there at $14.
Unfortunately I have a small position in SOFI and have been averaging up. Cost basis still below the current price so I will be selling tomorrow before it goes down to below $14 (my basis). I don't think SOFI will bounce back anytime soon, which I think it will, but the selloffs is already happening and it would be wise & prudent to conserve cash at this time.

moonoooooo : SoftBank was one of the entities involved in the 50m secondary offering, correct? If this is not in addition to those shares, I see no rational reason to punish SoFi stock twice for the same sale. Wait, I’m sorry, I just remembered that I will sleep better if I do not expect rationality.
OH Mama : Shareholders cannot hold more than a 10% stake in order for Sofi to comply with bank charter requirements. I don’t like that 11.8% figure...
Applepeople : This will probably be one of the biggest mistakes Softbank made (they made plenty of those before)
