Trading TradesmanOP 71554660: Institutions will sell off shares during good news events because they'll trap bulls. while simultaneously allowing for long term holders to sell off stocks in a panic to avoid losing profits. Which allows for the Institutions to be able to buy back for a significant discount. Once the Institutions buy back, long term holders will buy back as well. Which will cause the stock to fly back to ATH. As well as allow more buyers than before Which will bring about a momentum to the next ath. 150 is the previous support level so TA supports 150 as being the floor It is evident in how Disney is beginning to slow down the pace it dips. Originally when the dipping started Disney had dropped over 10$ a day, now it dips less than 3$. As soon as Disney touches 150 it is going to pop back to 170 same week. From there everyone will be very bullish on Disney again and in record time Disney will shoot to a new ATH, 250 is a solid target to reach. Disney will eventually be worth more.
