Recharge and Refresh!
I spend my non trading days recharging and refreshing myself! It is important especially after a bad streak or when the markets are closed. Meeting friends and having a couple of drinks and laughs are important for #mentalhealth. Do what makes you happy and what makes you better and then go back to work being the better version of yourself!
