$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ Well, I have learned a valuable lesson during this latest Elon Musk stock selling episode, he can pretty much do and say whatever he wants, even taunting Bernie Sanders to ask him to sell more shares so the government can have the tax money, which I personally thought was stupid, since Elon said he would comply if asked, so far Bernie hasn’t taken him up on the offer. I can think of no other company that has abused their stock holders the way Musk has, yet they tolerate it because the stock continues to go up.

  • orangeberry : They supposed to know who is the big brother undefined

  • BangoLancer : The U.S. government will take the lion's share of Musk's stock compensation plan

  • mins counting : "I can think of no other company that has abused their stock holders the way Musk has "
Musk pumped up the relative empty bubble from 40 to 1200..so its a great idea to cash out to some members of his club.

  • Ahh_gee_Joey mins counting: Oh, don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining about the stock performance, I have been rewarded handsomely, I’m simply saying that Musk is able to say and do as he pleases, with no ill effect on the stock price, this is very unusual. He is able to say the stock is too high, it’s overvalued, I’m going to sell 10% of my holdings and flood the market with millions of sell orders, taunt a Senator, requesting him to ask me to sell more of his stock, etc. and the stock only blips down a bit and then recovers.

  • BeautyWolf Ahh_gee_Joey: He never said it is over valued.

  • Scaried BeautyWolf: Hello? Musk has opined that Tesla was overvalued several times. The most recent was in late September. His "too high" statement in May caused TSLA to lose 12% the next day. But it has more than doubled since. In September, he said that it was overvalued now but would be worth more in 5 years.
