Sunac China: On 13 Nov, Morgan Stanley agreed to place 335 million Placing Shares at a price of HK$15.18 per Share on behalf Sunac. Controlling shareholder Sun Hongbin has provided out of his own funds US$450 million to the Group (in the form of interest-free loan) to support the continuous business development of the Group.
