Foxconn has reached a $50 million stock transaction with Lordstown, and it is expected that all transactions will be completed next year

Lordstown Motors (RIDE.US) said on Wednesday local time that Foxconn had purchased US$50 million worth of common stock from the electric car manufacturer and finally finalized the equity investment plan announced in September.

Lordstown said Foxconn bought these shares at a price of US$6.8983 per share. Lordstown closed at 5.56 US dollars, after the market rose 20.86% to 6.720 US dollars.
