Kaisa asks for help; Fed warns of risks in China's real estate industry

$KAISA GROUP(01638.HK)$ $中国恒大(ADR)(EGRNY.US)$ A person with direct knowledge of the meeting said that Kaisa expressed the need for help to pay investors, workers and suppliers at a symposium attended by China’s State Council think tanks, banks and a number of real estate companies. The Federal Reserve said on Monday that China’s real estate industry is under pressure, partly because regulators are focusing on debt-laden companies and the tightening of global financial conditions, which may bring some risks to the US financial system.
