moomoo option trading is broken

I'm selling covered calls and yet my funds are locked in case my call options gets exercised. Locking both my shares and my funds.

This is a crappy system $Futu Holdings Ltd(FUTU.US)$ do something to fix option trading. It's called covered calls for a reason.
