EV Bubble

In the 1990s, the dot-com bubble happened. There was massive growth in the use and adoption of the Internet, which led to excessive speculation in every tech or Internet-related stock. They were not wrong to say that the Internet is the future. Fast forward to today, Amazon has grown to become one of the largest companies in the world. But how many other companies did not survive until now?

Today, there is immense hype around electric vehicles (EV) because it does not run on gas and is more environmentally-friendly. Due to climate change and etc, many investors strongly believe that there will be massive growth and adoption of EV in the near future.

I don't think they are wrong. I also think EV is the future. But it is important to realise that a bubble is forming or has already formed.

Just like Amazon emerged as a victor from the dot-com bubble, there will be at least one or some EV makers that will emerge as the victors.

Today, there are many EV makers jumping onto the hype train, but which of them will survive over the years?
