CuyWare : if you really believe in Tyde being a good investment you'd be better off waiting for it to trade on its own and pick some up after it's price drops significantly when it starts trading.
The reason is if you get shares as a dividend, your BBIG share price will drop the moment it starts trading again in accordance with the value of Tyde you receive. Basically value wise it will be a wash at the opening bell. What will happen most likely is folks that did receive the dividend shares will start selling them thinking they got them for free and that will push the price down on that ticker.
PermanentHeadDamageOP CuyWare: Thanks for the advice. You might be right. A lot depends on the strength of either stock. TYDE might be in the right place and right time with the current boom (or hype) in NFTs. Anyone familiar with the business of trading cards or collectibles will understand the massive potential when you consider a global marketplace powered by Blockchain and cryptocurrency. BBIG / ZASH will have to convince the world it can be an alternative, if not superior, to TikTok. They do have some way to go.
That said, this is one of the hyper-hyped meme stock out there and logic sometimes goes out the window.
CuyWare PermanentHeadDamageOP: I'd agree with most of that with the exception perhaps that most of these meme stocks have their runs and then they are over when the herd moves on to the next. So usually once they happen that is the end of them and they go back to obscurity which is what we've seen happen with BBIG.
Personally I don't think it will see another run like it did. The real big exception to what I posted above of course is AMC which we all know they history of. To this day people are still trying to push that again, probably because of lot of bag holders are trying to find an out, and are hoping.
