I bought this at $1.39 earlier on.
But after the announcement on Q3 report today it fell and closed at $1.33 this evening.
As tomorrow is Wednesday and Thursday is public holiday in Singapore, Deepavali, we should observe the rallying tomorrow. Likely, the dip may be further due to Holiday.
For me I will see if there may be a further dip or recovery tomorrow in terms of movement. if further dip, I will prefer to buy some tomorrow. Even better I t hits $1.20s range as I see it as really good value and will log in some buying. As I see the dip is Q3 report related reactions.
Quite a good time to buy in some if it falls into the $1.20s range. For me, I believe that despite some weak figures in Q3, a drop in GP of 20%, main reasons being because of high raw materials cost and unstable electricity supply due to coal shortage resulting in massive production disruptions. There should be reasonable optimism as there is a 25% rise in revenue even though the raw materials cost is higher.
As I had log in at $1.39 earlier on when there was announcement of massive orders that YZJ acquired, I do not any reasons to feel disbelieve that the poor Q3 results will turn my earlier plan upside down.
High raw material costs and haphazard supply of electricity might pose a challenge in short run but with massive order in hands. I am expecting that they will not badly affect YZJ performance.
I think I should have reasonable faith in YZJ and buy in if the price reach the $1.20s range as I see a lot of value in it that push the price to $1.20s range.
Of course the direction of the price movement is just my prediction. Maybe tomorrow it will just bounce back strongly.
We shall see maybe it is not. this week we see it hover at $1.20s range. Maybe is next week or the week after next.
We shall see, but I still see generally YZJ has reasonable good fundamental so it is worth a shot!
