Who's telling the truth, Tesla or Hertz?
$Hertz Global Holdings, Inc.(HTZZ.US$ says $Tesla(TSLA.US$ has already started delivering cars into its rental fleet, even though Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted Monday night that the automaker hasn't yet signed a contract with the company. 
Hertz shares up more than 10% due to this news.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk wrote late Monday in a Twitter post that the electric vehicle maker hasn't signed a contract with car rental company Hertz yet. 
I'm quite confused about this...... 
Mooers, are you confused as well? Who's telling the truth, Tesla or Hertz?
