LimYongwei moolss: If u have enough Liquidity, can just buy the reits direct. Buying etf that track and counters and u still have to pay the fees

moolss JJ Hou: not cheap but fair price ? compared to lion Phillip s reit which around 1.09 per share now ? expense ratio is definitely on high side if you compare to spdr etc but sg etf all have higher expense ratio, do leave your insight and thought also cause I also speculating this REITs etf and thinking if to subscribe for IPO but don't find much news regarding this
