Fundamentals is always the first bread and butter approach to identifying high quality stocks. HOWEVER, all too often we realise that none of this matters if NOONE is looking, watching or even heard of your high quality stock. Remember you can’t close your positions at a huge profit if there aren’t enough willing buyers!
The most important and successful indicators for me must ALWAYS involve volume, growing traction, media coverage and attention! If questionable unprofitable meme stocks like GME and AMC can fly to the moon, then high quality stocks can fly PAST the moon.
Examples:
1. This could for example come in the form of consolidated insider buying - many studies have proven that there is an extremely high probability of upside.
2. Increasing coverage or mentions across social media, news platforms, equity & investment firms.
ALWAYS closely monitor your pool of high quality stocks - hit the trade button when your sleeping stock giant starts to wake up from their slumber.
