PoohBearSi : DCA is something you have to be disciplined about. The trading platform is just a tool to make it happen.
1) Find a good broad and low-cost ETF, use a broker with low fees and be disciplined to add money regularly irrespective of what the market is doing.
2) Add every month or perhaps every three months that as you choose.
3) Do this for many years.
4) Profit
