While it will take awhile, I think it isn't too impossible comply with the new regulations.
It's a matter of control here for the regulators and for the companies to comply. It is not the same as an outright ban like on the education market or ban on kids gaming.

If the China Gov take action against them, Company A About 80% of user are mainland Chinese. CoMpany B, About 50% of user are mainland Chinese. This can be a great chunk of revenues for this 2 companies.
Though customers which are not located in China not affected.
The bright side is the low price now, when , IF, the gov Issues license to them the stock will shoot right back up.
