GS report illustrate 'no evidence' of gamification or payment for order flow fueling trading frenzy

$GameStop(GME.US)$ $ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF(BITO.US)$ Does anyone know why GameStop has been going nowhere for the last month even though the overall market has been rising? Have people pretty much lost interest in this company's stock?
