$Meta Materials(MMAT.US$ $Meta Materials Inc. Class A Preferred Stock(MMTLP.US$ im sure this question has been asked a million times but i cant seem to get a clear answer. i held shares of torchlight through the merger with meta materials and was told that i would be receiving a dividend for doing so but instead i received these mmtlp shares that trade on the otc market??? is this my "dividend"??? Are we still getting a separate dividend for the land sale? what is going on? thanks in advance to anyone the can clear this up for me

DEADSEED1111 : These are the preferred A shares, these grant you the right to take the dividend..... You can buy and sell them as you please.... but only people holding them will be receiving the dividend payout.... think of it as a mystery carnival ride ticket and you don't know if it's bumper cars or an awesome roller coaster ride....

Vin1989 : If u have join since the merge. U will just hold onto the dividend ticket and wait for the surprises ahead for u. All this OTC Sales have not much clue but beware if u fall into those shorty trying to recover trap. I always believe, I have lost so much, I have nothing more to lose. MoReover, meta is a future and bright stock. Do ur DD and no need To worry
chris from queens : do not compare what you see in this mmtlp and think that that's going to be your final dividend nobody knows what the dividend is..this is just a market maker trying to gauge what it's going to be or what they believe it to be..they can gauge $1.15 - $2 it means nothing like meta material said we have until 12/31/2021 to receive our dividend. oil is through the roof and our dividend was and is based off of the oil sold from torch light land and there was a lot of oil sooooo..
